Sales are FINAL but If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 10 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping Cost are Nonrefundable and will be deducted. We will also deduct a 4% credit card processing fee on all refunds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Taxes and duties
All prices quoted are inclusive of Tax (VAT).
VAT is credited back to international customers when placing their orders. This credit will not be applied until you register your delivery address information then verify your order.
We are required to place a Customs Declaration on all goods shipped to customers outside the Netherlands. The declaration will disclose the correct monetary value of the content and total sale. For customers receiving goods outside Australia, import duties and/or taxes may be levied by the local country’s authorities. These duties cannot reasonably be ascertained when purchasing goods on our website. Therefore, the recipient of the goods is responsible for paying these duties to the local country’s authority.
Returns and refunds
Should you receive an damages, incorrect or faulty product, please immediately contact us and we can arrange, as appropriate, either a goods exchange, refund or gift voucher replacement. Goods will not be accepted for return or refund later than 30 days of your receiving the goods.
Once you have received written confirmation of the return, simply mail the goods back. Address details will be provided in the confirmation email advice.
Note: Shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that an error was our fault. If you change your mind about your purchase, all return shipping charges are your responsibility. The Gallery reserves the right to reject a return from anyone if any of the above conditions are not met or in the case of excessive returns.
Your order can not be cancelled once the order has been shipped. The return policy conditions above will apply.
