We will replace the damaged item, and this process includes collecting the old artwork, along with the certificate of authenticity, in the original packaging.


Your product is crafted using the finest materials to ensure it remains in perfect condition for years to come. In the unlikely event that your purchase displays any manufacturing defects, we ask that you provide us with clear and high-quality photographs of the packaging, the artwork, and the issue at hand. We will thoroughly investigate the matter and, if necessary, replace the item. Similar to the damaged goods policy, this process involves collecting the original artwork, including the certificate of authenticity, in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Our ultimate aim is to ensure that returns are a rare occurrence, thanks to our commitment to delivering high-quality products. In the event that a return is necessary and is approved, we want to make it clear that a €450 handling fee will be applied. We appreciate your understanding of this fee, which helps us maintain the high standards and quality assurance that we promise to our valued customers.

When your return is received and inspected, we will promptly notify you via email, confirming the receipt of your returned item and indicating whether your refund has been approved. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified period.
